Hosting We monitor your data 24 hours a day, so you don't have to. eSalesTrack is hosted using the latest,state-of-the-art in data storage and access technology. Of course your data is important to you, and of course we know this. This is the reason eSalesTrack is hosted on Soleran's impenetrable data network. We go to extreme lengths to make sure your information is secure and always up for your business needs. We dedicate significant resources to your data protection so you can rest in peace. You can also take advantage of Soleran's secure hosting environment without using any of your companies resources. Physical Security Soleran's servers and network equipment is collocated in Lenexa, KS at a state-of-the-art Class 5 network telecom and data center on the direct backbone of multiple Tier 1 data providers.
Facilities The data facility itself provides 24-hour security, redundant electrical generators, redundant data center air conditioners, and other backup equipment designed to keep servers continually up and running.
Internet Connectivity Soleran's servers and network equipment sit directly on a data infrastructure fed by multiple Tier 1, international network providers. These providers enter the network data centers from multiple entry points. This core integration allows eSalesTrack to perpetually monitor our usage levels and to expand bandwidth levels instantly for new customer scalability.
Encrypted Data The eSalesTrack application incorporates the strongest encryption products to protect your data and communications, including 128-bit SSL Certification. The lock icon in the browser indicates that data is fully shielded from access while in transit.
Application Security The latest in data architecture prevents eSalesTrack customers from seeing each other's information. The structure of the application reinforces data integrity continually and the structure itself makes it virtually impossible for any data to be compromised.
Security eSalesTrack's databases are only accessed for regular maintenance and security checks. Access to production databases is restricted to a limited number of users and access points, and production databases do not share any type of master password database.
Data Ownership Our customers have full ownership of their data. It is housed on server storage arrays owned by Soleran, however the data is legally owned by the customer and retains the full rights and privileges that come along with the ownership of the data. The customer can request, at any time, to transfer, remove, copy, or modify its data and our technical team will do whatever is necessary on our end to honor the request.
Disaster Recovery In the event of a major disaster, there are procedures in place to retain customer data and protect against data loss. Through regularly scheduled backups to an off-site location, customers are rest assured that their data is safe and will still be retained even in the event that all the servers were completely destroyed.
Backup and Reliability Soleran's networking components, SSL components, load balancers, Web servers, and application servers are configured in a redundant configuration. All customer data is stored one of many database arrays on carrier-class disk storage using RAID disks and multiple data paths. All customer data, is automatically backed up to a secondary storage array library on a nightly basis. Backup data is immediately available on "stand-by" server arrays in the case of a worst case catastrophic chain failure.
