Mission
Founded in 1999, Soleran has formerly been 321Webhost and Dogjet Software. A transition in a philosophy to create innovative solutions for real-world problems prompted a reorganization to Soleran. Soleran is dedicated to building the leading on-demand Customer Service Relationship (CRM) solution that can be tailored for any small to medium size business. With eSalesTrack.com, data and analytics normally reserved for large corporations are available at affordable rates, enabling the comprehensive perspective on sales and performance upon which quality business decisions and plans are based. Samples and pre-defined business models are under development for many different verticals, and customization tools are under development to maximize user adoption and data collection.
Company
With physical offices in Overland Park, Kansas, USA, Soleran is a collaborative enterprise with a global footprint. Our partner firms provide the technology underlying our on-demand CRM solutions. Our international Soleran Development Network (SDN) codes the solutions in an open, collaborative environment. Internal managers oversee the development process and set goals according to feedback from eSalesTrack users. Feedback is collected by customer service professionals who monitor customer satisfaction and champion customer-oriented solutions.
Developers
The Soleran SDN is a brain trust of developers from across the globe dedicated to the collaborative development process popularized in the Open Source software movement. Soleran managers use collaborative software development tools to provide goals, software specifications, and project milestones and deadlines to guide massive development efforts. The SDN, in turn, is focused on perfecting real-world, on-demand CRM.
