- Value-for-money and time.
- Tension free buying process – lest conflict with their tastes and ideas.
- After sale service – this requirement has given priority by customers if you are providing products which do require timely services.
- Little anticipation – many customer won’t express their feelings and requirements straight away, they want you to figure it out for them.
- Some surprise or bonus. Every customer expect some difference in treatment every time they visit you; after all same experience every time make all bored.
