Loving Your Business and Company

As you may realize every successful business have contribution of dedicated and innovative employees, who love their profession and company and are willing to work hardly for its prosperity. This love and dedication are qualities which are created as a result of their interaction with company and work group, their experience in this field, their ability to learn, companionship of other dedicated employees and motivation from management.

But the basic step of loving a business must come from the employee; it is the willingness to excel in his work and the willingness to deliver the best in pressure situations. For making the employee dedicated, the company management should provide him a good work environment and advanced systems, updated information, company of good employees, positive advices and error corrections, incentives, help in solving problems, and so on. He must be subjected to positive competition from others and occasional challenges, to make him fee ‘he is still good’.

One who loves his business or company always has some ideas in his mind. It is the job of company management to get the idea from him or provide him enough resources to implement that idea. Admiring and applauding the good work of employees is always necessary to make him feel ‘he will be treated well if he works well’. No employee can love a company, which has an always scolding manager, which pays no attention to his ideas, suggestions and works.
