Making your Sales Force Dedicated

Being a businessman you already will know the difference between an employ and a dedicated employee. No businesses can survive long without dedicated employees; the more number of them the more chance of getting your business successful. Making your sales force is also vital for winning the market and winning the customer minds. Here are some tips for making your sales force ‘dedicated’.
  • Make sure that your sales force is a mixture of young and experience.
  • Supply your sales force with right strategies and systems, so that they never feel insecure compared to your competitors.
  • Train and educate your sales force good enough to handle most problems in their way.
  • Make sure that you are not providing them unachievable targets.
  • Make sure that you are not offering too much commissions or compensations for achieving large targets; if you do your sales force will soon exhaust all their energy for gaining more.
  • Make sure that you are not offering too low commissions; and the reason you know.
  • Make changes in plans regularly so that your sales force find something new all time.
  • Figure out and encourage employees who seem dedicated, happing with job, knowledgeable and happy working with team-members.
  • Meet sales peoples in person, who you think are not up-to-standards, who are destroying the team spirit. Know their problem; cure their problem; if you can’t get rid of them.
  • Congratulate them on their success and ask feedbacks from them regularly.
  • Keep all things simple; never make your plans, strategies too complex to understand.
