All marketing and advertising practices of a company target one single goal ‘Selling products’. But most companies fail in successfully selling the products and forget that the selling service is the most important customer service. If your selling practices fail your all business practices fail, and no customers will ever return to you only except they have no other alternative. Here are some tips for betting sales relationship management.
- Keep a smiling face and wish your customers warmly.
- Listen to their needs. Listen what products are they want, what are their expectations with your product(s), and what the cost they are willing to pay you.
- Provide solutions to their problem, and ask details from them so that you can better provide a solution for them.
- Share information with them. Share what you know about the product and explain how the product will fulfill their need(s).
- Provide alternatives, if the product or service they referring to are not of your type. Tell them where they can get it or what other product can fill the need.
- If possible make a last minute price reduction, or offer a free gift, or offer a complement.
- Always remember one thing “what ever you do make the customers feel that – they are getting noticed each time and every time”.
