Motivation- Effective Weapon of a Successful Manager

Productive resources are an important factor for the success of a business. For a manager it is employees and the systems he have. An efficient manager wins in utilizing his employee resources effectively. For this he usually uses a technique called ‘motivation’.

Motivation tends employees to perform better actions. These workforce actions bring prosperity because of the sincerity.
