  • First of all make sure that you have enough space and adequate arranging plan for products you are selling.
  • Make sure that the store image good enough to attract customers and every thing is placed in right places.
  • Make sure that every employee is ready to serve customers. No communication, ego type problems.
  • Educate your employees about the products and services you are providing.
  • Figure out a good plan for add-on sales. Suggestive selling is an area where a store with good customer service can maximize profits.
  • Make sure that you have strong plans for loss-prevention, from employees and customers, and in the time of shipping product receiving, etc.
  • Be careful about your cash control. Assign a cash register for one employee so that he or she is responsible for all things concerned with that.
  • Arrange a good security to your store.
