Finding Employees with Bad Attitude

Employee, including manager, attitude is the most important thing that affects the working and growth of a business. All business managers use different type of tactics to figure-out good and bad employees. Below are some of the salient features of a bad employee; who not only make his/her own work poorer but also of all those in contact.

  1. Being late regularly finding lots of reasons
  2. Being late to start work; even when they reach on time
  3. Taking too much break on working hours
  4. Talking too much to other employees
  5. Refuse to do work that are not in their job description
  6. Always complaining about co-workers and of course about management
  7. Always complaining about salary, bonus and other incentives
  8. Requires 2 hours to finish lunch
  9. Always submitting reports after the dead-line
  10. Gossiping a lot about team-members, celebrities, or what ever come in their way
  11. Want to visit networking web-sites, read magazines and news papers, etc before or between office works.
  12. Doing other business within office; like campaigning co-workers for insurance schemes and selling products.
